All Marie Meade pieces are sustainably made-to-order. We do not hold any items in stock as we do not believe in waste.
That being said, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. We will only be accepting returns for a store credit within 10 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for return for store credit:
- Return in it's original condition and original packaging with all tags still attached.
- Unworn and odorless.
- Without damages, alterations, stains or marks.
Once we receive your return our returns department has the right to refuse a return if the above conditions are not met. In this instance, the item will be returned to the address provided on the order confirmation email. We will not allow exchange more than once. If your order is purchased via store credit from a previous return, the order is not eligible for return.

We currently do not offer return labels to our customers. However, we can definitely help you with the process. You can send your return back to us using your preferred courier service. For your return, please:
Put anything you don’t want in a box.
Mark your name and order number on the box.
Send us the box using your choice of carrier. For international customers, please declare it as “US GOODS RETURNING”.

We are happy to help with an exchange if an item didn't work right. It has to meet the same requirements as a return (aka can't be worn or smell etc). We won't be able to offer return labels, but will ship back for free.
Up-cycled items cannot be exchanged.
